Howard was the hotel manager of the Murder Castle in life.

Howard Webb was the owner of the Desophronite Hotel. He used his hotel as a cover up for the grizzly murders he committed. He is known to be the cause of deaths for Zeke, Eric Lindsay, and Victor Bawdy. When he was finally caught, revealed himself as H. H. Holmes. He went out on his own terms by setting the hotel ablaze with hellfire. Fourteen mortals and one officer were killed in the fire.
