Leon once has a Blood Pact with Allocen to never work against his interests, in exchange Allocen would never kill him. Leon tried to dissolve this pact with the help of Yarindael, changing the pact over to Yarin but never was able to. The pact was later superceded by an Pact with Arkalonek.

Allocen owes a favor to Kuritus for helping heal him after being attacked by Arkalonek.
The West Gate Wraiths have given Xander, Stormy, and Sena a blue and white coin that can be used for a favor from the gang.

Pryce Sutherland has a Gentleman's Agreement with Kirghun that he not be involved in any affairs of the crime syndicate. A second agreement protects Juliet from Vaughn Nottingham.
