Thomas Abbott was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York. He had a private detective agency in the Park Slope neighborhood in the 78th Precinct.

Thomas recently shot video of Officer Caim shaking down a member of the West Gate Wraiths for a bribe. He's looking for a buyer.
He finally found a buyer in Skarlin who paid him his entire first offer with no haggling.
