Backstory

Limbo
Vaughn was a low level grunt in the Eastern Ettins but a controlling psychopath and abusive asshole. He dated Juliet for ten years, keeping her as his property, and searching all of Limbo for her after she got away from him.
After the Ettins disbanded, he used the opportunity to take power, taking control of much of their old resources and building up a new gang, cashing in on the reputation of the old one.
