Behavior in Life[]

Zombies are people whose primary Vice in life was greediness. The ways and reasons that this manifests varies wildly from person to person; anything from hoarding possessions, to having a gambling addiction, to being a millionaire. One does not have to be excessively rich to qualify, just more greedy than any other Vice.

Physical Characteristics[]

Zombies in Limbo are not your typical post-apocalyptic movie zombies. They aren't mindless, shambling husks in search of human flesh; in fact, they fully retain all their living memories, personality, and mental faculties. Instead, these zombies retain any injuries they sustained in life (including any post-mortem dismemberments) in the form of stitched-together, patchwork bodies.

Supernatural Abilities[]

The Zombies of Limbo have no real notable supernatural abilities, aside from their astounding sturdiness and ability to sew back on any limbs that might fall off of them. They are, however, specifically resistant to the variety of spiritual draining that Vampires can do, but have no such resistances to Banshees or Shades.

Excerpt from The Book of Limbo[]

A CADAVRE IS ONE OF THE RESTLESS DEAD OF LIMBO WHO HAST TAKEN ON THE FORME OF ONE OF THE UNDEAD. THEY APPEAR IN THE REALME OF THE DEAD AS THEY DID UPON THE DISPOSAL OF THEIR LIVING FORME, WITH LIMBS THAT WERE MISSING STITCHED HAPHAZARDLY BACK INTO PLACE, AND WOUNDES UNTO THEIR PHYSICAL FORME GAPING BUT BLOODLESS UNTIL THAT TIME IN WHICH THEIR RESTLESS SPIRIT IS ABLE TO MOVE ON TO THE AFTERLIFE.

BLOODLESS AS THEY ART, CADAVRES HAVE LITTLE TO FEAR FROM THE VAMPYRE, AND THEY CAN RECOVER FROM MOST OTHER PHYSICAL WOUNDES THEY RECEIVE, THOUGH THEY DO FACE THE RISK OF THEIR CORPOREAL FORMES FALLING APART.
